Services — IAM-focused Integrations

Make your identity stack work as one.

Your identity tools are only as good as the connections between them. We build the SCIM, SAML, and API integrations — and the custom connectors — that wire PAM, IGA, and access management into the systems your business actually runs on.

How it fits together

Everything plugs into one identity fabric

Your systems of record feed in, your identity platforms decide who gets what, and access flows out to every app automatically — one connected system instead of a dozen islands.

Why it matters

Tools in silos can't protect what they can't see

Most organizations run a dozen identity and security tools that don't talk to each other. The gaps between them are where manual work, stale access, and audit findings live. Integration turns that pile of tools into one system — provisioning, governing, and securing access automatically.

What we build

Connections, done to the standard

From standards-based provisioning to the custom connector no one else will touch.

SCIM

SCIM provisioning

Standards-based provisioning and deprovisioning across your apps, so accounts are created, changed, and removed automatically — no CSV imports, no manual cleanup.

SAML · SSO

SAML & SSO federation

Single sign-on and federation (SAML and OIDC) so your people get one secure front door to every application, and you get one place to control it.

API

API integrations & custom connectors

When there's no off-the-shelf connector, we build one — robust API integrations into HR, ERP, cloud, and the in-house apps that keep your business running.

Lifecycle

Automated lifecycle provisioning

Joiner-mover-leaver flows wired from your HR system straight into every downstream app, so access follows people automatically as they join, move, and leave.

Orchestration

Identity orchestration & workflows

Multi-step access requests, approvals, and orchestration stitched across your identity tools — automation that spans systems instead of stopping at each one.

Monitoring

Sync monitoring & reporting

Dashboards and alerting on connector health and data flow, so you know provisioning is actually working — before an auditor or a locked-out user tells you it isn't.

How we deliver

From mapped to monitored

We treat integrations like engineering, not config — designed, tested, and watched.

1

Map

Inventory the systems, data flows, and standards each one speaks.

2

Design

Model the connectors, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules.

3

Build & test

Develop, validate in staging, and prove the data flows correctly.

4

Run & monitor

Deploy, watch sync health, and tune as your environment changes.

Why Applied IAM

Engineers who build, not just configure

We actually build connectors

Real development when an out-of-the-box connector doesn't exist — not a shrug and a workaround.

Standards done right

SCIM, SAML, and OIDC implemented properly, so integrations stay stable as vendors change.

Across the whole stack

CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, and Entra ID — we connect them to each other and to your business apps.

We own the edge cases

The legacy system or in-house app no one else will integrate is exactly where we're useful.

Audit-ready data flows

Every provisioning action is logged and traceable, so integrations help your audits instead of complicating them.

We don't disappear at go-live

We monitor sync health and fix breaks — integrations are maintained, not abandoned.

Proof & credentials

Built by certified engineers

The same hands that run PAM and IGA programs build the connections between them.

Provisioning that just works — accounts appear and disappear on time, no human in the loop.
Onboarding automated end to end — HR hire to working access, no manual ticket relay.
No more CSV imports — brittle, manual data loads replaced with live connectors.
Connectors that stay healthy — monitored flows mean breaks are caught, not found at audit.

Integrations FAQ

The questions that come up

What is SCIM, and do we need it?
SCIM is the open standard for automated user provisioning between systems. If you're creating and removing accounts by hand — or by spreadsheet — across multiple apps, SCIM is usually what replaces that with automatic, real-time provisioning. Where an app supports it, we use it; where it doesn't, we build a connector.
Can you integrate a custom or in-house application?
Yes — that's often exactly why teams call us. When there's no pre-built connector, we develop one against the app's API (or build the API integration it needs), so even bespoke systems join your automated lifecycle.
Which platforms do you connect?
CyberArk and KeeperPAM, SailPoint and Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID and Okta — plus the HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, ITSM, databases, and SaaS apps around them.
Do you build integrations, or just configure existing ones?
Both. We configure standard connectors where they fit, and we develop custom ones where they don't. We treat integration as engineering — designed, tested, and version-controlled — not just toggles in a console.
What about a system with no modern API?
We've worked with legacy and awkward systems before. Depending on what's available, we use the API it does have, database-level integration, or scripted automation — and we're honest about the trade-offs of each.
Do you monitor integrations after launch?
Yes. Connectors drift and APIs change, so we can monitor sync health and data flow and fix breaks — on its own, or as part of a managed IAM engagement.
